By exploring the links above and on the left, you will find out specific ways that partnering with an educational institution can be beneficial to all. This information is based on the model of the Bartlesville, Oklahoma Workforce Center that was established in 1996.
A Workforce Center is a partnership between institutions and agencies who offer employment related services. These services include education, training, social services support, and job seeking and hiring assistance. By partnering, the agencies offer more choices for customers with the benefit of being able to take care of all needs in one location.
The ultimate goal of a Workforce Center partnership is to build a world class workforce that will help the local community grow stronger.
