Partnering allows all partners to benefit by providing better customer service for the job seeker, employers, students, and the Workforce Center staff.

With all services being located in one location, clients no longer have to drive all around town to take advantage of the various services that the different agencies offer.

There is now a single point of contact for all clients. This provides increased personalization and more enhanced client counseling since the client receives all of the necessary help from all of the agencies involved.

This efficiency creates an atmosphere where there is more time available for the staff to complete their work and less time needed by the clients to complete the process.
