job openings. Let us improve your odds of hiring a productive employee. Prescreened Applicants. We have prescreened applicants of all ages with a wide range of skills and experience to meet your hiring requirements. Our job seekers have a good work attitude, are flexible, motivated team players with good communications skills who are training in skill areas employers need. Services provided through the Workforce Oklahoma Career Connection Center are without charge to both you and the job seeker. Ask us about OJT. We know it costs money to train new employees and our On-the-Job Training program may be the solution. We may be able to reimburse you for as much as 50% of the new employee's wage while you train them, at your location, in the skills needed for your organization. You tell us what you need. You make the hiring decision. The Workforce Oklahoma Career Connection Center will save you the time, money, and frustration of hiring new employees. You will have access to a ready supply of workers through a simple phone call. If we don't have anyone who fits your requirements, we will find them. |
